Landgoed Twente Marathon 30 oktober 2010

Running through the enchanting scenery of the ‘Nationaal Landschap Noordoost-Twente’, while enjoying delicious local products that are offered on the way, that is the ‘Landgoed Twente Marathon’, a tasty challenge indeed. The second edition of this event will start on saturday the 24th of October at 10.00 a.m. The trail will lead you from the ’Paviljoen Lutterzand’ over country estates and farming fields which have opened their gates especially for this occasion. Here you have the possibility to taste a variety of products like local wines, cheese, dry ham and even fresh made pancakes. The Marathon will end after slightly more than 42 km at the same location as where it started at the ’Paviljoen Lutterzand’. If running a whole marathon is to far for you than you may consider the possibility of participation as a couple running and cycling with exchange on the way.
